Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order enters production and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your handcrafted pet portrait. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

Please note:

  • Since our products are personalized and handmade, returns may be subject to review.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.
Minor cosmetic wear to the outer packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as damage if the product itself is intact.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing help@zyloom.shop.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If eligible, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:
We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or factors beyond our control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Zyloom is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once your order has been marked as delivered.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you submit an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot guarantee reshipment or a refund.
